What is the average turnaround time?
It depends! On average, our turnaround time is about 5-7 business days, but there are times throughout the year when we are more or less busy. We do accept rush orders if needed, and we don't guarantee the completion of orders before our standard production time, so if you need them finished sooner, let us know!
What type of file do I need to use when sending my artwork or logo?
Logo/Image artwork is accepted in a variety of different formats. The preferred formats are those that end in: .EPS, .AI, and .CDR. Please avoid sending logos/images that are embedded in a .PDF or in a Word document. If these types of files are not something you have access to, we can convert them at an additional cost. Can you engrave on items not purchased from your store or catalogs?
We can! Many items not purchased from Northwest Engravers can be engraved but may be subject to an additional set-up charge. To help us help you, it is best to have the item brought to us in person, and we can then discuss how to proceed, as there may be limitations that apply. Keep in mind that not all items are made with material that can be engraved. Make sure you check out our catalogs to see if we actually offer what you may be looking for!
