Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our business most products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges and may require payment up front.

Engraving on Your Products

We do not typically engrave on products purchased elsewhere. If your item is something we can engrave on, all engraving is at your risk and we cannot replace your item should something happen during engraving. 

We do not engrave on the following: Guns or gun parts, tumblers, jewelry, technology (computers/phones) or leather

Logos & Intellectual Property

We cannot engrave Copyright or Trademark logos for personal use, even if you are employed by said company.

Production Time

Our standard production time is 1-2 weeks depending on the product and size of your order. Required Estimates and Proofs, as well as proof changes and waiting on purchase orders can slow down production. A few select items are available for Rush production.

Proofs

Proofs are provided if requested and cost $10 per order. Two (2) Proofs changes/updates are included without additional cost. A proof is included in setup fees of new custom products.

Order Changes

Order Changes may not be possible after confirmation is made, especially on Rush Orders. Some engraving machines are not as busy as others and some repeat orders are produced quickly. Changes after confirmation may result in additonal set up charges.
