Pricing & Fees
Set up Fees - Set up fees for new custom products start at $25. This includes customer set up, proof and the file design for engraving.
Minimum Order Cost - The minimum cost for any order is $12 and does include the shipping costs.
Art Fees - Art Fees are applied if we have to redraw or vectorize your logos or art sent in. Please see our post about vector images to see what file types are required for laser engraving. Art Fees start at $25 and can add up to 2 days of production time, depending on how difficult the art is to redraw. Please provide as much branding information that you have including color scheme and approved fonts.
Rush Fees - Paying a Rush fee will push your order to the front of the production line. Not all products are eligible for a rush production.

Administrative Fee - We require lists of names/data for orders to be in an editable or importable file type. We do not accept handwritten, photographs or scanned images of large amounts of data through our online ordering systems. This includes computer generated (typed) documents that have been printed and scanned before being sent to us. This keeps production of your order moving at a faster pace and reduces the chance of mistakes and typos.
Shipping Cost - We ship products using USPS and UPS. All shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the products being shipped. If you have a UPS account number that you would like us to use while shipping it must be provided at the time of placing your order. A $5.25 S&H fee will be applied to your account.
